IBC2005 (Stand 4.374)– AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS, September 12, 2005 — Espial®, a leading provider of client IPTV applications and middleware announced today that Orca Interactive (LSE: ORCA) has integrated Espial Escape® in its RiGHTv™ SUI SDK for Flash. This partnership enables Orca to leverage a graphically-rich browser environment that showcases its next generation middleware offering. This integration will also allow telco customers to leverage a standards-based browser environment to create engaging content services that increase consumer loyalty and allow them to Own their IPTV Subscribers.

With this agreement, Orca has integrated Espial Escape browser with Espial's Macromedia® Flash® 6.0 plug-in. Espial specifically developed this Flash plug-in to overcome the constraints of the TV and has since provided this best-of-breed and highly performant implementation of Flash widely across the industry. Espial Escape's Flash integration allows IPTV subscribers even more user-friendly access to rich content on a variety of platforms and solutions.

This advanced level of standards support offers a rich, dynamic HTML environment for the accelerated development of portal content services and the ability to offer an engaging Internet on TV experience.
