OTTAWA,July 11, 2011-Espial, a leader in on-demand TV software and solutions, today announced it will expand its current European operations by establishing a formal operation in Russia for local sales and support.The plan for Espial to open the new office and to hire additional in-country resources is to support existing customers and to take advantage of new opportunities emerging in the pay-TV market which is forecast for continued significant growth.
